[Resolved] Home Credit — no updation | |
I have done my KYC for home credit personal loan. My contract no [protected]. Still, I do not get an update in my app for signing loan agreement so that I get my loan amount asap. I call customer care they told me after I did my KYC I got an update in the mobile app for signing the agreement. Still no update in application. Jun 28, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Today my problem resolved very quickly by the home credit support center. I mislead by some complaints & started to believe when struck in problem for disbursement of a loan but all complaints are not genuine. Thanks, Home credit for solving my problem on urgent basis. Home Credit India Finance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
