My name is mohammed rizwan shoab shaikh. I applying personal loan amount 1 lakh on 24 may 2019 but till date not payment transfer in my account. I call to customer care last 3 days but they also reply k aajayega 6 din me or aaj 01 june 2019 ko call kiya to bola monday tak ho jayega saturday or sunday holiday hai bank ka. Call center per bar bar call karne per bhi koi sahi reason nahi mil raha. Jisne form fill kiya or sign karvaya tha uska nam mohammed sultan he. So please resolve this asap.
