[Resolved] Home Credit — preclosure of personal loan

I have taken a personal loan in the month of June 2019, recently I came to know that I am paying 47.5% rate of interest, and I want preclosure loan immediately, I want to know the procedure to preclose loan and preclosure charges details... If I am unable to get the response by 48 hours, I will complaint to Reserve bank of India

We understand your concern that, you would like to know the foreclosure amount of your loan account [protected].

We wish to inform you that the interest amount has been calculated using the flat rate of interest for the entire loan period. The interest amount shall be appropriated to loan account on the basis of the monthly reducing balance of the loan amount.

Please note: Do not fall prey to EMI Moratorium frauds. Home Credit will never ask for your OTP, Net Banking or Mobile Banking password, customer ID, UPI-PIN, etc. for deferring your EMI payments.
