[Resolved] Home Credit — Telephone Call Harassment | |||
I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis 2 to 5 calls daily. I have also contacted to toll free no [protected] mentioned on web http://homecredit.co.in and mailed to [protected]@homecredit.co.in for stop call me/harassing but story remain same. My concern:-Exucutive of home credit calling me and say that "Prakash kapurji"and every time I say that its a wrong number and some one provide my number wrongly to them. I have sent email regarding it but same problem happen daily getting 4 to 5 calls even sunday also.I m getting call from excutive daily form diffrent number (Number series is 124456xxxx)...I m complaining also from Email ...also getting massages like ::: Apke loan no [protected] ki monthly payment date aa rahi ha...But I have a no any single loan up to this days some one provide my number wrongly or by mistakes ...atachhed copy:: sms screen shot...please remove my number from above mention loan account number...
