I have a housing loan from hffc with lai[protected] with sanction amt 850000/ from september 2018. I have been paying my installment without fail.
Now these people gave me loan on very high rate of interest as it was very urgent for me.
Now these peoples after seeing my last 1 year record they are not ready to reduce my roi of interest atleast to some extent even though i hsve received my subsidy and made a part payment of rs 100000 and after that my bal loan amt is only 480000..
And instead for reducing roi interest they are increasing it by.50%
When i took first they gave me at high rate of 14.50% compare to other.
After few months they increased it by.50. Again now they have increased it by.15%. Now when all other banks are reduce roi, these peoples have increased it by.65% in one year.
Government should intervene into this and see how this bank are looting poor people who have booked low budget flats in government plans.
This will go to media and also to court as now i can understand how many people poor are been looted by u.
Hope government is not involved in this scam of after providing lower rates of flats for poor people, providing loan at such high rates.
