Sir, My tata sky id is [protected] after the implementation of trai i am not receiving free channels. Even the free news channels are not given? This is against the trai regulatory act. When i contact the customer care sevice they told me that free channels are with the packages. If packages are selected the free channels are not shown. Regularly i am getting messages to give miss to 56633 to add some channels. I had given hundred times. So far no channels are added instead some channels have been removed. I don't understand behind this kind of silly logic. If no answer is received i will lodge complaint with the trai for cheating the customer by giving wrong information and charging money.
