Hi,
I ordered IBS projector through paytm mall on 18 Mar and i found that it is not meeting the specs.. it is not at all 3200 lumens, well below it. it is not serving my purpose. Also, i am not able to get clarity of my computer display how much ever i have adjusted the focus, length etc. i initiated a replacment yesterday 20 Mar, because there is no return option. i would like to return the product and not want a replacement.
