Unprofessional technician. A rat has cut the wire of my Samsung top load washing machine. Booked a service through home triangle. Two technicians visited our house. We don’t know how they connected the wire after that only the board got shot and now the display is not on. For the replacement of 2 inch wire they are asking 2800 plus 350 service charge. Why should we pay for the repair of the board because o[censored]ntrained technician’s mistake? Hope home triangle ask the technician get it corrected on his own.
