I Logged a service request with home triangle and the person visited and filled gas also told that any issue i face in 3months he will do repair without any charge. within 15 days itself the cooling stoped.
After repeated calling they didn't come. Closed my complaint....

Unprofessional technician. A rat has cut the wire of my Samsung top load washing machine. Booked a service through home triangle. Two technicians visited our house. We don’t know how they connected the wire after that only the board got shot and now the display is not on. For the replacement of 2 inch wire they are asking 2800 plus 350 service charge. Why should we pay for the repair of the board because o[censored]ntrained technician’s mistake?...

I took the service couple of weeks back for sofa shampooing from home triangle. I am witnessing the black spot over the sofa material after sofa shampooing.

I called the vendor what you home triangle have sent. He is giving reasons that he is out of station.

They are not replying over the email or call.

The sofa is worth rupees rs.50k....
