Homecenter — Refund issue with the cancelled order

I have cancelled my order (Invoice number: [protected]) placed on 10 Sept'22 immediately next day as my space was not enough for the sofa set which i ordered. It was purchased from Home center Noida - DLF mall of Noida. I requested for refund and it was accepted. I received the mail with the link to update the bank details but no refund. I called customer service and they told me there is no record with them. They sent mail again asking for the details. I updated it again but no refund. I called customer care multiple times and they told me amount is on hold for no reasons. I again called customer care and they said its processed and will reflect in 7-10 business days. The amount was not refunded back and now the customer care is saying its on hold again. Could you please help in refunding the amount as its huge amount for me and its a mental torture also to follow up for my money, Its been more than 1month and Homecenter team is not giving any solution. I have all the mail proofs and the conversation, Invoice where i brought the product. Please help me in this regard.
