It was purchased from Home center Noida - DLF mall of Noida. I requested for refund and it was accepted. I received the mail with the link to update the bank details but no refund. Homecenter is not returning the money for the refund of the sofa which was received in bad quality. Physical store manager and customer care office keeps blaming things on each other and no one seems to resolve the issue.
