Dear sir,

This is to inform you that we have purchased the below mentioned “winchester three seater-neptune” sofas for our new house. We got the delivery in the month of february 2019. And we unpacked the new sofa by march-2019. But within “3 - months” the sofa has the sagging issue and we had also raised the complaint and the service person.
