[Resolved]  Homelane — Cancelling The Interior work and claim booking amount refund rs. 41814

30.07.2023 on that Date We go to Homelane at Kasba, Kolkata Branch to get free rough design discussion and rough quotation for our 3BHK flat, through Communication with one of their employee named Mr. Arijit Dey. Then they (Mr. Avishek Roy and Priyanka) are give me the rough quotation and said to booked with 5% of rough quotation which is rs. 41814. They are miss guided us and we has been booked on their rough quotation on that day. They didn't tell us that the booking amount is non refundable. They are fully miss guided. We had paid the booking amount fast, after that we get the hidden terms & condition and also get the rough quotation. Then we realized that their estimation cost is very high to other market entity. Then we decided to cancel the project and said them to cancel and refund us the booking amount which is Rs. 41814 before any site measurement and any design discussion. We canceled the project on 06.08.23. But They said to us the cancelation not to allow from their company policy and not getting any refund from their side and also said the minimum 1.5 Lacs wood work we have to take from Homelane. So, This is one type of Fraud in their company policy. Please Help us to recover our booking amount which is big amount from our side.
