I am writing regarding the interior design services I booked with HomeLane at your Chennai OMR branch in July for my property in Lancor. At the time of booking, I was assured that the flat would be delivered by January 2025, and I proceeded with the booking, paying ₹65, 000 online as requested.

Unfortunately, I have not received any further communication from HomeLane regarding the next steps in the process since making the payment.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, my family recently received a visa for the USA, and we are now planning to relocate there in February next year. Given this development, I am requesting the cancellation of my booking. However, They informed that a refund is not possible due to your company policy, even though no work has commenced on the project.
