We are an existing customer of this fraud company Homelane Chinar Park Branch, Kolkata (brand ambassador Mr MS Dhoni) . After completing the project with so much hassle and trauma given to the customer . Now its been 2 months they are not refunding our money .Despite number of calls and message they are giving lame excuses and delaying the refund . Please help us to get back the more . Its almost Rs 96000 approx.

I have warranty of 10 years in home lane, but they are asking money to visit....

We paid the booking amount of RS 25000 for woodwork, but later we learned that the quality of the homelane is terrible. Due to that, we want to take our booking amount back.

Now, the home lane team is saying they cannot refund the money and they cannot cancel the order. The only option they suggest is to pay another 1 lakh 25 thousand to get the woodwork worth 1.5 lakhs. This is sheeting and looting....

I have paid 37000/- to home lane and I had medical issue with my family. I have asked to refund my money they are showing no refund can be made . I have to take care of my family.

We booked the services through a free rough design discussion and rough quotation for our 2BHK flat, through Communication with one of their employee named Mr. Lakshay, we were forced to pay the booking amount of 31200Rs at that day itself as we were told that prices will fluctuate and if we delay it will get increased.

The quotation which was shared to us was of 6.22L and we were told that it might come down or go up by 25K...

They are making fool to customers and even they are not Providing any service and interior design to customers and keep their money.
Even multiple time customer raise concern and problem, no one taking any serious action and helping customer..
But more indulge in trapping other or new customers.

1. We had sent our flat layout by Whatsapp to the salesperson who introduced us to Nikita Sureka (designer). Without even visiting the property once she arrived at a total quote value of INR 780586.
2. We mentioned clearly that we were not yet ready to start the interiors...

We have paid an advance of 50000 rupees to homelane for home interiors project in 27th March 2021. Though they agreed to complete the project within 45 days and promised that 30 days is what it takes but for some unforeseen causes they keep 15 days buffer.
Then not much progress till July 2021 is seen. Though measurements and masking is done. We wanted to change many things in almost all rooms but how the project was progressing was...

I had booked a 3BHK in Oberoi Eternia, Mulund W, Mumbai which is a premium project of 4 towers of 62 floors by one of India's top builders.
I was expecting a possession by early 2024 hence was looking out for a reliable company to do my interiors, I unfortunately found Homelane's advertisement endorsed by MS Dhoni's on the internet. Trusting Dhoni, I visited their Thane showroom and was well entertained by the sales team, they gave me a really good quote especially when they knew I was coming from a premium project, obviously they were eying to get more customers onboarded from the Oberoi project. It was a good deal when I read the final quote and I got onboarded with Homelane for my interiors on 3rd Jan 2023.

This is where my ordeal begins,

Delayed Designs:
I got possession in Jun23 but my design phase went until Sep23. The designers at homelane lack the experience, they are mere the homelane-software operators. My designer were changed 3 times and each time there was a good amount of rework, so design phase was dragged for 4 months.

Delayed Project:
The designer was changed for the 4th time in the middle of the execution, the electrical contractor had other important projects hence my project was incomplete even till Jan24 (1 year after signing the contract with Homelane).

Cheated by Homelane:
During onboarding a certain % of discount is agreed on each line item like (Woodwork, wallpapers, furniture etc.) and is part of the quotation.
In Jan24, Homelane denied given the agreed discounts quoting frivolous reasons like cost increase, discount expiry etc. This is nothing but a clear sign of Homelane cheating their existing customer. They also have very smart people like Mr. Jaffer Patel higher up the ladder who show no empathy towards their customers, also their customer success team is a joke. Even the owner "Tanuj" seems to be okay with this cheating, which I realized when I wrote multiple emails to him to stop this injustice.

Delayed Handover:
We managed to get the work completed by Feb24, we are still running after them to get the goof-ups fixed. As expected, they show no interest.

It has been a painful, miserable, loss making journey with Homelane topped up with mental harassment by people like Mr. Jaffer Patel.

I had engaged HomeLane and my experience is really bad right from the start, given false promises on

tighter deadlines, qualities, etc., just to lure me into signing a contract with them.

Homelane couldn't keep up with the promises they made, and my project even after making final payment is still on hold for past few months.

There is no 45-day guarantee its all to advertise, they will give you a lame excuse for delaying your project.

Beware, what they have shown in their showroom and what they promise is not what they deliver. They use lowest grade quality for your modular kitchen and wardrobes.

I am not happy with the services, every time the project completion timelines are pushed further.

There is no professionalism at all. I was told there would be a team coming for inspection, installation, and there was just 1 person in the name of team at the site along with one helper.

They made a mess of the house every time they worked and no one would clean up, telling me they would clean on completion.

Of all the days they worked installation, most of the days their installation team were late and left early and the speed was so slow.

I am so frustrated that if their was a way, I would just cancel the whole thing and go with some other vendor which I cannot because they take advance payment in full and the customer is trapped and can't go elsewhere.

I sent emails, called them, raised tickets but no one listens to you.

Please stay away from these fraudsters, go for any other vendor of your choice but not Homelane

I agreed to do my home interior with home lane, but now after completing the design i can see that my tv unit is not usable at all, bad design. For over all execution was very poor, their delivery team coordination was very poor. The took very high price but overall interior is not worth it

I have decided to not go with the homelane due to the below reasons.

Delay in design phase
Increased the overall quatation after booking in the design phase and also included some custom work quatation.
No proper communication.

Firstly Homelane foreced me to pay 25000/- on 17th dec 2023 at their office inspite of saying that we need to discuss before we pay to our parents. secondaly, they promised that if i get a competative quotation they will match for us. So next day 18th dec i got better deal however the other company asked me to pay the token same as homelane only then they can share the detail quotation. Still to help us, the other company gave me written quotation without the company letter head. I shared same to homelane sales person Spandan and Rashika designer. However after 24hrs they came back to me stating that they cannot match because of quotation not on registered letter head. i explained them they also asked me for token so if homelane is ready to bare the token amount of 25000 to other company to get the company letter quotation i am ok because i did not lie to homelane. however, the sales person Spandan was very rude on call called via whatsapp so that nothing gets recorded and made me totally mentally harrased. i am a BP patient with vaso spasm in brain. could not bare the pain at all. again today 20th dec 2023 they forced my husband to visit their office and restarted the same story again eventually leaded to my husband harassed mentally and he is a bells palsy patient. All i need is compensation on the harassments that HOMELANE caused to us and my money 25000 refund with apology letter from their company please

They make false claim regarding the material to be installed in your house.

Poor quality products they sent.

I have done renovation of my kitchen and spent approximaterly 7 Lakh, within just 6 months woods are captured with termite issues.

Got the interiors of our new flat in Mangalore done by Homelane...they have not completed the work and work not done as specified, low quality materials used...they don't respond to any calls as full payment is done...fraud company...cheating people. Worst part is that no one responds...the whatsap group they had created...no one responds & most of them say that they have left the company and they are no more answerable.

I have ordered Homelane for interior work at my new house for about 5.5 lakh. Unfortunately, I have to leave the home for some personal reason. They have earlier taken an advance of Rs.32, 000/- for the work. I requested them either to refund the money after necessary deduction for their process or provide some article at approximately advance paid, even a little more. But they answered me that you must have to do interior work of 1.5 lakh or your money will be forfeited. Now they neither pick the phone nor answer in the WhatsApp group made by them

I booked interiors work with HomeLane on Aug 27, 2022 and paid an amount of Rs. 50 000
I had a few design sessions i come to know they are not able to fulfill the requirement. Homelane suggest me we will do half work and half work you need to do it from outside. I informed designer to stop this project and refund me the booking amount. but he did the forcefully masking with false commitment I had to do follow-ups constantly on my query's . They would reply after many days .
They're not ready to refund now. They're pestering and harassing me and are saying that I've to do a minimum billing of 2.5 Lakhs.

I booked interior work with homelane on March 2021, my developer failed to deliver the flat so I discussed the situation with homelane and they saying that we can not make any refund.i never experienced with such fraud company in my life.

We visited their office in Dwarka, Delhi in December 2022. We were very skeptical to book with them as they were very rigid about making furniture as per their catalogue and did not seem willing to make customisations. They agreed to work as per our needs and called us every day to book with them. They were so good with their words that we finally booked them for home renovation on the 7th of January, 2023. As soon as they received the money they disappeared. We had to follow-up with them every alternate day to make them work on our project. For the measurements the designer did not turn up and sent the technicians who behaved like they were doing us a favour by visiting us. Never made us sign on the visit papers. Then they called us to their office to finalize the materials. We got the shock of our lives as we realised during the meeting that all communications made by us since day 1 were ignored and the designer was a different person who had no clue about our requirements. So we patiently briefed her again. Told us about our customisation requirements. That is when she tells us that customisations do not have warranty covered by them. The amount of money they were charging made no sense of there was no warranty. They billed us 3.5 lakhs for a wardrobe, a small mandir and a chest of drawers. Who in their sane mind would go ahead with that?? That too the mandir was not covered in warranty. So we naturally cancelled the order. They seemed like they didn't care. Since then we have been following up. They messed up big time and there is no way to make them take responsibility for what they did with us.

My kitchen is half done and they have made a blunder by asking the wrong dimension to be cut for hob which is provided by homelane itself.after making these blunders they are shifting responsibility from one to another.my shifting is to be done at any cost by 11the February and the whole team is not doing anything nor telling us how the issue will be resolved

One designer named Sudeshna also sent me a mssg via whatsapp group that the refund have been approved on 30.05.2022 and i will get the money by 10th of June 2022
But till today that i have not received my money and they are not responsing to my repeated messages.
