I have been a homenet user since last 3 years and their customer service is the worst. The homenet engineer told me to replace my wifi router as it keeps getting reset automatically.finally when I have brought a replacement router the customer service just does not receive any phone calls and for every ring I have been charged even tough I have not spoken to them. After 30 minutes of continuos calling my mobile balance got over even when I haven't spoken a single word with them. I guess this is their strategy to gain extra income. This happens every time I call the homenet service. I don't think they are too busy to receive a phone call. Finally when they received my call the customer executive flatly refused to send their engineer. and said he will come the next day with no reason as to why. I have been without a wifi for 1 month and the engineer had told me that whenever you will call you will get the priority but that's not the case. I have lost way too much money on calling them and I am very frustrated with them Was this information helpful? |
