    Water coming from Cliping of wire

    Noone will imagine that water coming from inside the wire of internet... we got shocked to see water coming from inside the wire... anyone can imagine quality of wire from this... I have already complained in morning 7th July 2022, at 8 am... right now it's 6.45 and still Noone has come to see also... wire has been taken from the terrace... it's so risky to see that water is coming from inside the wire... it all started at mid night and we...

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am a Homenet customer from 23 October 2016 to present. I am subscribed to yearly plan of 2370 Rupees for ( 23 October 2016 to 23 October 2017). And subscribed to yearly plan of 2430 Rupees for (23 October 2017 to present). It's been three years that this Homenet Service people are fooling us and cutting off our homenet cable wires and connection everyday intentionally. Everyday I am facing issues. Either it is 651 error or something else. Whenever I call on the helpline number i.e.[protected] they say " line me koi issue nai hai, Engineer aa jaenge aur aapke gharpe visit karenge". Somedays for 5 hours I use net and exactly at 7:00 pm the network gets disconnected. These are their numbers : [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

      When we went to the office in A/17, Gaurav Annex, R.R.T Road, Mulund (W). Mumbai 4000 80, they all(boys) started laughing ang giggling and said " koi tho wire cut kar dethe, ye personal issue hai, main switch hi bandh kar dethe, isme humlog kuch nai kar sakthe". EVERYDAY I CALL THEM BUT THEY MAKE ME WAIT FOR 2-3 WEEKS AND NO RESPONSE. ONE DAY I USE NET, THE OTHER DAY IT GOES OFF EXACTLY AT 7:00 pm.

        Sir i am pravin phalak, living at kopar in sarvodaya galaxy. My user id is pravin705. I have selected your service second time. I just renew my account from nearby 15 days before

        Sir my internet connection is off from last 3 days. I make request to make it on again and again but till now my internet is off. I really wants to think about put my complaint to grahak manch. So that i get help. Please sir if you can do something for my complaint. Please do it within minimum hours.

        Don't you think that it's too much sir it's happen for 3 days?

        It is 4thday that my internet service is off . I make a lots of msg to you too on your [protected]@homesysemspvtltd. com .You didn't give response. This is my request to you . Please send engineer at my home to start connection.I also make call regularly to dombivali branch .but your service is really very very bad
        Today also engineer said that he will come and start connection but it's 12 .30 o'clock but no response.how one can believe on them as they never keep their word?
        Really very worst service provided by this company
        Worst service in the whole World . No response from service centre. Please inform directors ( if they have any) that it is gone from bad to worse to worst

          I've been using Homenet for three years and now they have become worse inspite of calling them 10 times in a day, no engineer comes and see the issues since last three days no net connection is there in our locality and still no engineer has come to check .

            I have been a homenet user since last 3 years and their customer service is the worst. The homenet engineer told me to replace my wifi router as it keeps getting reset automatically.finally when I have brought a replacement router the customer service just does not receive any phone calls and for every ring I have been charged even tough I have not spoken to them. After 30 minutes of continuos calling my mobile balance got over even when I haven't spoken a single word with them. I guess this is their strategy to gain extra income. This happens every time I call the homenet service. I don't think they are too busy to receive a phone call. Finally when they received my call the customer executive flatly refused to send their engineer. and said he will come the next day with no reason as to why. I have been without a wifi for 1 month and the engineer had told me that whenever you will call you will get the priority but that's not the case. I have lost way too much money on calling them and I am very frustrated with them
            No connection.. bad service.. customer care number no one picksup

              I have been using homenet internet for 3 years My userid is akash03 This monsoon ( like every monsoon) water started flowing from inside the wire cable of internet Due to which my laptop and netgear router got damaged . I asked homenet to change the wire but as usual they are charging me for the wire Also internet is not always working past 3-4 months I just had changed my router 2 months back I need homenet to compensate me for the router Also my subscription of internet got over 5-6 days back They gave a free change of wire just to make me renew my subscription. And now when i have renewed i am having same problem with the net. And they wont even pick up at helpline. I have got no where to go. Kindly help

              Homenet — Slow torrent speed and no double speed at night

              I used to get 1 mbps in every torrent download even on my 512 kbps plan and from last 2 months i m not getting double night speed(If any staff member is watching this please register my IP on torbox.net i will be thankful)
