[Resolved] Homeshop 18 — Issue regarding not getting my money back | |||
Hi Guys, I had placed an order of 'Nayasa Red Roses 56pcs Dinner set' on 28 Mar'15 via order no.[protected]. The product was dispatched via Aramex with AWB no. [protected] for which I made payment of Rs. 2299/= via Cash on Delivery. The piece which I received was already broken for which I filed the complaint no.[protected] against order no.[protected] and asked HomeShop 18 team to collect the order from me and refund my money back. As discussed with HS18 team, The courier man came and collected the order and I received a SMS of payment initiated towards my bank account on 6 April'15, Now, Despite of calling Homeshop18 team several times, they have not refund my money INR 2299/= into my account. May I know the reason for this delay? I don't know what services are these guys offering and how much more time I have to wait for getting my hard earned money back. Can anybody help me please in letting me know what should I do to get this payment... Everytime when I called, these guys told me to w8 for never ending 72 hrs call.
