Dear sir,
i have booked 1 above mentioned mobile phone during your advertisement on tv on dated 28/08/2018 at 8.18 pm.My order no. was [protected].i have ordered for SILVER COLOUR. i have received wrong design and wrong colour via Delhivery with AWB no.[protected] on dated 31/8/2018.The design of mobile which i booked was with round butten like Apple phone.
But, i received simple design and gold colour.I have already paid rs 4000 to the delivery boy Mr. sumit with mobile no.[protected].It is very bad. So, you are requested to please refund my rs 4000 and take your mobile back.i shall be highly thankful to you.
