[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Automatic shutdown of Spice mobile | |||
HS18 Order No.[protected]. Product: Spice Mobile M6110. Complaint No. 96397371 dated 15/02/2014 for mobile getting automatically shutdown inspite of it being fully charged. Product shown to service centre. Fault identified as due to virus - in a new handset. Virus removed as per service centre personnel and assurance given that the product will work fine. Problem recurred. Complaint No. 97434829 dated 03/03/2014 for mobile getting automatically shutdown inspite of it being fully charged. Product again shown to service centre. No fault identified in the handset as per service centre personnel and again assurance given that the product will work fine. Problem still persistent. Complaint No. 97656011 dated 06/03/2014 for mobile getting automatically shutdown inspite of it being fully charged. Product again shown to service centre. Service centre personnel refused to attend to it. When HS18 was contacted, he refused to talk to HS18 personnel. Even senior official at the service centre declined to offer any help.
