Hi team,
I have booked an order for biotique beauty boxon saturday, 20th april'19. Since then i have started receiving messages and calls mentioning that i have got a lucky draw. And in order to avail that lucky draw, i need to deposit an amount of 6, 000.

Although i am aware of the fact that these are fake messages and calls. However the irony is the big brand's customer information is getting leaked/hacked.
Being a customer, i feel unsafe about my information getting shared with people who might use my information incorrectly. And more over it is a matter of disgrace that the caller was abusing me when i denied to pay him the amount.
I request you to take this matter seriously and share the action plan on this matter with me else i might have to escalate this further to consumer forum.

And we never ask our customers to deposit any money in an individual account. Would also like to inform you that we never share your information with any unauthorized external agencies/partners, and we have this issue being investigated through government agencies.
