Complaint. No. HS[protected] am order no. [protected]. I had ordered 30pcs of Biotique pack but only received 11pcs. Immediately called customer care they said it's out of stock. I have been shopping since 7years and never ever complained and was always happy with the products. But I am really disappointed to know this if the products are out of stock you plp should intimate us or cancel order, send mail. Nothing is done. Today is 3rd day of my complaint till now pickup is not done.i hope this will be done and my refund will be credited.

    I order the product on 09 april 2019 and my order no. Is [protected].

    I got the conformation massage and delivery date 17 april 2019 by gati courier service.
    At 17 april we also get the massage from courier service about delivery today.
    And at 18 april we get massage that "product is return"
    After that i call at customer care they are apologise and tell me some "technical issue from there side"
    Then i re-order but the person said price of that product is change and u must give almost double price about that procuct.

    It so silly and childish fact.

      Today I have received smart watch but not received sunglasses and magnatic fit bit band.i was call to home shop 18 customers 4 time for how to configure smart watch but not provide resolution.i was call to smart watch manufacturer he said I think product wrong received please coordinate to home shop18.i want replace my order or I don't want stupid watch.

      I am very frustrated regarding service and support.worst service home shop 18 commited another watch.i am very upset.

        Hi team,

        I have booked an order for biotique beauty boxon saturday, 20th april'19. Since then i have started receiving messages and calls mentioning that i have got a lucky draw. And in order to avail that lucky draw, i need to deposit an amount of 6, 000.

        Although i am aware of the fact that these are fake messages and calls. However the irony is the big brand's customer information is getting leaked/hacked.

        Being a customer, i feel unsafe about my information getting shared with people who might use my information incorrectly. And more over it is a matter of disgrace that the caller was abusing me when i denied to pay him the amount.

        I request you to take this matter seriously and share the action plan on this matter with me else i might have to escalate this further to consumer forum.

          My family member has received a scratch card with xuv 500 and a letter from home shot 18 kolkata address, duly stamped, but without any email or website details. And a demand of money towards taxes. I hv attached the letter. Kindly check and reply. If this is fake which it seems, please inform public about this so that they don't fall pray to such fraudsters.

            Homeshop18 site has no customer data privacy at all. They are selling their customers detail like phone number, address etc. to someone who make a fraud call to their customer who recently did shopping from their site and says that "you have won a 4 wheeler in lucky draw and for this you have to deposit some amount to their account." By this call they are cheating people who are not aware of this.Homeshop18 is aware of this but not doing anything on this. If Homeshop18 is not selling their customer detail then how Fraud callers are getting their customer details????????

                Got a call from a no. Stating i won a lucky draw of the cash prize 12 lacs or tata safari on the order which i did from the ads on t. V. But the message from which i got this offer of prize money was different from that of the original sms from the company which give you the tracking details of the ordered producta. Later when i confirmed it with the original customer care i found they have no such offers announced in this manner where you have to deposit amount to claim ur prize. I wonder how our data bases are transferred to them. Company must take initiaves to deal with this matter.

                  Here he bihari guy..offers me tata safari..he said you win a car by getting lucky draw shopping in home shop 18 ..firstly we must know that..how he knows that we ordered item from homeshop...and here he.. sended me his false documents and.. according to it ...I asked him his age..that how many years he old...and he said I provide you full details...so I acts so smartly that the persons must know theirs details ..he didn't reply after it...so here he become false representative from homeshop 18 and..it means wanna he tracks some ordes from homeshop 18 portal...by which he knows everything regarding delivery time and all...so please..I need to do FIR on that personality.. because after all drama he started using abusive words...so please...do some FIR regarding that whole scam

                    Our data like ph no are sold by homeshop, from last 15 days daily 5/8 irretating calls regarding lucky draw of cer/ ph are there.                             I did some online shopping from homeshop18 some time back, since then i am getting fraud call from someone saying that i won some lucky draw and to avail that i will have to deposit 7500 rs. I have denied to deposit any money and said that i am not interested in any draw but still getting messages and calls.
                            First thing i want to say that how those guys are getting my personal information which i have shared with homeshop18 only.

                            And another thing that they have proper website to confuse you, so if you try to search it on google the first website which will open is fraud.

                                Homeshop18 — homeshop18 tata safari fraud

                                I had received a call from nitin kumar singh[protected] on 18th march2019 claiming to call from homeshop18. He said i had won inr 12, 40, 000cash or bata safari & asked me my pan and adhar card number. When i refused to do so & asked him to show me first car or cash money he denied and also use bad word with me.. Homeshop18 nitin employe totally disgust and rascal he dont know how to talk with customer.. If homeshop18 not punish his guys so i'm totally disappoint for his online services..

                                I got a message from BZ-HMSHOP saying that I am the winner of a lucky draw and won a tata safari. I have to deposited 8500 to get that safari. Do something to stop this fake messages.

                                  Ordered for 2 set of acupressure footwear online vide order no [protected] on 10.3.19 and paid rs 1998 thru credit card. Sorry to say that on 13.3.19 I received parcel of only one set. However on the envelope it is written as qty. 2. Look into it n arrange to send me the second set, otherwise refund my money.                                     homeshop18 tata safari fraud

                                    I had received a call from mr. Nitin kumar singh s/ojang bahadur shah - pan no: gmwps8652g on 15th march claiming to call from homeshop18. He said i had won inr 12, 40, 000 & asked me transfer inr 7500 first as reg fee followed by inr 24, 800 as additional fee. Later claimed that i need to send 62, 000 for the money to be transacted to my account. When i refused to do so & asked him to connect over video call / send official mail, he denied....

                                    Fake call from homeshop18 ([protected]). They also message me (Bz-hmshop).
                                    They told me you are the winner of homeshop18 online shopping you won the prize (Vitara brezza) which cost is 650000/-. The charge of your registration service is 8500/-.
                                    Please take some action to reduce fraud.

                                    and called the number given to me in message (mob no.[protected]) I called on the same, they told to called later, I received a call from[protected], [protected] and they asked for registeration charges

                                      I was ordered prestige induction cooktop on 19jan 2019 and i have received product on 23 jan 2019 but product was damage i have give complaint that product was damage but your customer care add in remark in complaint was product is defective.
                                      Thats why your courior partner not accepts the product.
                                      I have gives so many time complaint to customer care they says
                                      Whe are change the remark from defective to damage but still
