From TV show of Homeshop18 I 've ordered 'All season skin care product.but I didn't get full pack of ordered items but gave full payment Rs 1000/. 'Nivea all time skin care product (6items displayed on TV) got only 3 item( 3 items were missing & also products content were half.order no [protected] /27-05-19. I feel harassed & faithless on homeshop18 .customer care didn't solve my problem.

    I got this message from company:
    Congratulations, Dear (sir/maidam) you are winner of HOME SHOP 18 company TV show, you won 1st prize( SAFARI Car ) price of Rs-12, 80, 148. Registration charge 9500, on date -06/06/2019 T&C Apply for more detail contact [protected], http://hhu home shop.com

    they even called on this number :[protected] and told either to take car or cash..and insisted to pay registration charge of 9900 which is totally fraud

        I just got a call saying that i've collected 82 reward points i just need to 8 more to win an apache rtr. For that i just have to purchase their product of minimum 2000 just as a registration procedure. They sent me a link. I was asked to open it and purchase any thing and make payment. I suspected them at that time, i refused to buy and said i don't have balance in my account. They said then arrange it from somewhere, but don't tell anyone about it. At that moment i got very sure that it's a fraud. I cut the call.

          I had order a dress yesterday. After that i received a confirmation from them but today morning i received a call from [protected] and a text message from [protected] saying that " dear customer congratulations, you are product order homeshop 18 company. Your name to open the lucky draw (Safari car) cost rs. 1260000 rupees. The charge of your registration number service payment 6500. This is valid for one day. Immediately contact customer care
          Thus i want to complaint against the company homeshop 18 for leaking my personal details as i am getting calls & text messages.

          I urge the govt to ban this company, since i see lot of consumers are complaining of leaking of there personal details.

              [hs18 care #2310879] i have to make legal complaint on homeshop18 on indian consumer site because its enough now my order number [protected]. You guys have crossed all the limits of patience i have clearly informed you that i would be out of station after 14 may. I had requested you to make urgent delievery of my product but you guys dont want to lissen any thing all you guys are saying wait till 15 may but enough of it now. Even my order is not dispatched its beeen more than 1 week now and now it is showing delayed even today i got a message that my order is delayed due to operational issue i dont care what the hail it is now. Ms neeti you have given me commitment in 9 may dont worry your item will be shipped till 10 may forsuee. All you guys are replying that we have sent an email to concernt team dont worry your product will be diapatched in 48 hours. All also your coustmer care empolye are not understandable and sounds knowlegable. Its just wasteing of time to cordinate to your support team. I have sent lot of emails everytime you are replying your order has been proceed and will reach to you soon. But enough of it now i am really frustrated to your coustmer support for your reference i am attaching the screensort and dont tell me to request my patience an all that shatttt..                 I just got a letter from homeshop18 (Date :- 9 may 2019 time 5:15pm) saying i am a random lucky draw winner and won a cash prize of rs.1, 00, 000 and a scratch coupon of rs.4.60lakh.

                I just wanted to know how could my informations such as name, phone no. And address is known to others???

                This means that even my bank details aren't in safe hands!!!

                    I have seen the tv ad many times n ordered iball toto cctv camera on 22nd april. When the product got delivered to me i came to know that cctv camera works onli on specific range. But in homeshop18 tv ad it was shown as camera is placed at home and other person is watching from her office. N cause onli i have ordered as i wanted to place at home so that i can watch from anywhere in mobile like they have shown in the ad.. When i contacted homeshop 18 cc they said we dont have such ad which they are completely denying and lieing. Kindly resolve the issue i paid 2350 for such product.

Immediately called customer care they said it's out of stock. I have been shopping since 7years and never ever complained and was always happy with the products. But I am really disappointed to know this if the products are out of stock you plp should intimate us or cancel order, send mail. Nothing is done. Today is 3rd day of my complaint till now pickup is not done.i hope this will be done and my refund will be credited.

                            Although i am aware of the fact that these are fake messages and calls. However the irony is the big brand's customer information is getting leaked/hacked.

                            Being a customer, i feel unsafe about my information getting shared with people who might use my information incorrectly. And more over it is a matter of disgrace that the caller was abusing me when i denied to pay him the amount.

                            I request you to take this matter seriously and share the action plan on this matter with me else i might have to escalate this further to consumer forum.

                              My family member has received a scratch card with xuv 500 and a letter from home shot 18 kolkata address, duly stamped, but without any email or website details. And a demand of money towards taxes. I hv attached the letter. Kindly check and reply. If this is fake which it seems, please inform public about this so that they don't fall pray to such fraudsters.

                                Homeshop18 site has no customer data privacy at all. They are selling their customers detail like phone number, address etc. to someone who make a fraud call to their customer who recently did shopping from their site and says that "you have won a 4 wheeler in lucky draw and for this you have to deposit some amount to their account." By this call they are cheating people who are not aware of this.Homeshop18 is aware of this but not doing anything on this. If Homeshop18 is not selling their customer detail then how Fraud callers are getting their customer details????????

                                    Got a call from a no. Stating i won a lucky draw of the cash prize 12 lacs or tata safari on the order which i did from the ads on t. V. But the message from which i got this offer of prize money was different from that of the original sms from the company which give you the tracking details of the ordered producta. Later when i confirmed it with the original customer care i found they have no such offers announced in this manner where you have to deposit amount to claim ur prize. I wonder how our data bases are transferred to them. Company must take initiaves to deal with this matter.

                                      Here he bihari guy..offers me tata safari..he said you win a car by getting lucky draw shopping in home shop 18 ..firstly we must know that..how he knows that we ordered item from homeshop...and here he.. sended me his false documents and.. according to it ...I asked him his age..that how many years he old...and he said I provide you full details...so I acts so smartly that the persons must know theirs details ..he didn't reply after it...so here he become false representative from homeshop 18 and..it means wanna he tracks some ordes from homeshop 18 portal...by which he knows everything regarding delivery time and all...so please..I need to do FIR on that personality.. because after all drama he started using abusive words...so please...do some FIR regarding that whole scam

                                        Our data like ph no are sold by homeshop, from last 15 days daily 5/8 irretating calls regarding lucky draw of cer/ ph are there. I already paid 1990 rs for a product sill could not delivered like massages are coming, no product is delivered. Send my money back with product as i'm suffering a lot due to you.
