[Resolved] Homeshop18 — cheating case | |||||
I ordered 2 quantities of coirfit mattress from homeshop18 via net banking... My order id is [protected]. I received only single quantity so i raise a complaint. I was told either i can get a refund for a single quantity or i can courier the package that was delivered and will get refund for both the quantities... Single mattress was of no use use to me and i cannot carry the 3 kg mattress and roam with it for the courier.. So solution was offered to me that you guys will send remaining single quantity for me and i will get it in 8 days. I called again and confirm the same. As i didnt get any mail or message update, i called them again in the morning and then they told me that i have to return the first mattress and then i will get my actual order.. Thats absurd? Courier the package doesnt make any sense as you are not providing the full amount of courier (Providing only 10% which doesnt count) and why would i carry 3kg parcel and stand i queue for the mistake of your seller.. Your company should take responsibility for his mistake not me... I have paid already for the product and i am just demanding my missing product or refund... Why you are making simple request so complex? Now homeshop18 is neither returning the money for the renaming/missing mattress nor they are sending the missing mattress. This is highly unethical and fraud behavior.. I was a loyal customer to homeshop18 but you guys have made my experience worse Was this information helpful? | |||||
