Homeshop18 — Complaint Regarding Home Shop18

Concern, I have requested for 7 T-Shirt XL order no 97034245 and has received the Courier yesterday But the Courier which i have received was of XXL size which was wrongly Sent Also when i opened the parcel i found the Paper inside where in there was the address of Rahul Sharma (Jammu) but the address over the parcel was of mine, might be the Courier is exchanged with some another one Now, when i registered a Complaint regarding this[protected] they said that i will receive the Call from our Concern department Give me a clarity, When i placed an order on 22-May-2015 and received the Courier on 26-May-2015 which was wrong one and then again i have to wait for next 72 hours (3 days ) for a call and then after 2 days the person will come to collect the parcel then again i have to wait for next 5 days for replacement of courier whats the use of placing an order and getting the parcel after waiting 16 days Its not the first time, whenever i have placed the order there was some or the other mistake from your end Please take this complaint on priority basis or else its not me its you who will suffer

I have requested for 7 T-Shirt XXL order no[protected] and has received the Courier. I opened the parcel and wear the T-Shirt at that time I saw that the T-Shirt is so much large size was 46 after that I called to Homeshop18 Customer care to exchange this T-Shirts from XXL to XL and the Customer care executive told me that he received my complain, he suggest me that send the parcel through courier after that Homeshop18 will exchange the parcel with XL size at that time I asked him that which courier, he said any other courier and courier charges will pay by homeshop18 after received the parcel. Similarly I sent the parcel through Bluedart courier and courier gave me a Money Receipt after send the parcel again I call to Homeshop18 customer care executive and told him that I have sent the parcel and also I email to [protected]@homeshop18.com with attached the Bluedart courier Money Receipt of Rs. 500/- I return the parcel on 19/05/2015 but till now I have not received the exchange items and not received the Courier charges. when I returned the parcel after than so many times Homeshop18 Customer Care Executive one by one call me and confuse me, they did not give a proper solution. Please take this complain on priority basis otherthan I bound to understand that I have lost Rs. 1068/- of product price and Rs. 500/- of Courier charges on online purchase with Homeshop18.
