Homeshop18 — Damaged product delivered and even not as per order specification | |||
I have ordered two Havells fan (Order #[protected] . I have received both the fans in damaged condition. Also not as per the specification (fan and blades are of different color). I have been following up with customer care since 2 weeks but still no replies. Whenever I call customer care they say different issue such as send snapshots of defective product, pick up not available in your area, will arrange a call back from back-end department, etc. I would suggest NO ONE SHOULD PURCHASE/ORDER FROM HOMESHOP18.
