[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Deal not completely honoured- Ordered for 3 Pen Drives, Received only 1 | |||
Dear Homeshop 18, Here I am, Ravi Raj a loyal customer to your e-commerce website. But, in the past week the service experience offered by you has deeply saddened me. I would like to explain the whole matter in short here. I ordered 3 Pen Drives of HP make 8 GB in storage capacity. I chose ' Cash on delivery ' method of payment. The order was placed on 26/08/2014. Your delivery guy came on saturday 30/8/2014. I gave the required sum to the delivery guy, Mr Kamlesh, and collected the packet. But when i took the packet in my hands it felt rather light. So i stopped the delivery guy right there, and opened the pack in front of him. The pack contained only one Pen Drive. In the presence of delivery guy i called your customer care and intimated them about the glitch. After keeping me on hold for more than 5 minutes and transferring the call to 3 places they generated a complaint number[protected] and assured me of prompt action on the matter. I got it in written from the delivery guy about the error and had him undersigned . Until now i have received no formal communication whatsoever and it has compelled me to write this mail. Please reply to my concerns asap otherwise i will have to resort to other means. Following are the details of order.
