Homeshop18 — defective product & improper service | |||
Dear sir/ madam, I have order wonderchef otg through homeshop18. My order id is [protected] and booked it on 12 october 2017 through cell phone. I got this product in defective condition. It's upper and back side panel are little bit band and it's heating elements are not working properly. It's temperature performance also not good. Since i have received otg, regaularly i am complaining to homeshop 18 and wonder chef customer care on phone but i didn't get solution. Customer exectutive and senior person of homeshop 18 are asking time to wait 48 hours and 72 hour to take action but already there is one month finished no one is taking proper action about it.
