no proper customer support from wonderchef on mixer and girder

Dear Wonderchef Customer Service,

I purchased the Wonderchef Sumo Mixer Grinder online from Amazon approximately three years ago. Within six months, the chutney jar lid became damaged. I requested a replacement chutney jar, and although I was willing to cover the cost of the additional part, it took 2-3 months for the new jar to arrive.

After using the replacement jar for about a year, I ordered another chutney...

Overall coating / finishing is not good plus i received the damaged item. this is not the first time that i received a damaged product from WonderChef. and I'm struggling to get it replaced / returned. Very Pathetic customer support from WonderChef. its is really painful & waste of your time & energy. Please think twice before you place order on this site. they are not agreeing that the fault is from their side. Their executive tried to blame it on me that it might have got damaged after shipping. I'm not crazy to damage the brand new piece which i have bought.

    Gas stove is not working

    i ordered wonderchef ruby black cooktop glass manual gas Stove of 4 burner from Flipkart order id ( OD[protected]
    which delivered on 10 August 2022 with 2 year warranty,

    i am writing here to complaining about gas stove,
    stove is not working properly from last 15 days, The fire comes out from the burners of the gas stove and also the fire burns around the burner, and the fire...

      Hello,
      I purchased a cooker set of five and three liters from the wonderchef store last year. Uptil last month I did not get a chance to use that cooker so once I used it last month for the first time, there was no whistle coming from the cooker and the rice got burnt.
      The next time I used it, same thing happened. No whistle.
      I called the customer care number provided on the box on 6th September 2023. They registered my complaint number MA[protected].
      I got multiple calls and messages to share the images and concern over mail. I did the same. Then I got another call from the call centre to explain my issue. I did it. After that the ticket got closed and I got a message that the replacement part has been sent to my address. I got the wrong lid for the cooker. Instead of a lid with whistle, I received a glass lid used to cover the kadhai.
      Then I went to the store from where I purchased the cooker as while purchasing, they assured me that I can bring the appliance here and it will get repired.
      There they gave me another customer care number and asked me to register my complaint there. So I registered a new complaint number MA[protected].
      I received multiple calls and I was told that I will get a technician assigned. I got a call from the technician. He cancelled my ticket saying he is not working on cooker only for electrical appliances, he will assign another technician to us. Days have passed I again called the customer care and there they told me technician cannot visit us because of some reason.
      I told the caller to pass on my call to his supervisor but at that time the supervisor was not available and he will give me a call.
      I was given another number to send the details of the wrong product shipped to my adderss I send all the photos on that whatsapp number.
      No today it is 28th September and I again received a message saying my request was closed due to insufficient documents.

      I am fed up with the customer service that is being provided by Wonderchef.

        Both my complaints were closed without being solved. I bought a casserole set from wonderchef in June 2023. The set came with broken knobs.

        Upon raising issue, I was told I will receive a replacement within 5 to 7 working days. It has been 3 months.

        I am located in Singapore and have spent extensively on IDD trying to call wonderchef hotline and DTDC hotline. No one gives me a proper answer. Many times I have requested for refund also but again no response.

        I thought Wonderchef was a reputable company but NO. People please be aware, they are scammers and they have terrible customer service. This guy Ayaan Sheik from customer service replies like a robot without even reading the email.

        I have literally thrown my money down the drain purchasing from such a pathetic company!!!

          Hi, what kind of customer care is this. Technicians are not at all responding or provide service. Such a pathetic and rude response ever received. They don't bother to confirm the address.

          Everytime they just cancel.. And always rude response. It's being 2nd time they have closed the request without closure

            I have brought wonderchef home appliance i.e nutri blend ckm but it's wet blender blades and chopper are not working properly. Wet blender blades leaves black colour liquid inside or outside the jar and chopper blades are not rotating while using.. since it is under warranty pls replace or repair the product.

                Post Purchase of this Wonderchef product, I have been frantically trying to contact them to return the product basis - Front door of the OTG not opening, miniature size. I am not receiving any proactiveness from their side to work on the ticket and they have on their own closed the ticket. (Ticket No:[protected]. Whatssap message to number +[protected],[protected] received no appropriate response. They call at odd hours (I had SHraddh ceremony at home). False promises on phone ( one lady confirmed she would take up the return/refund request). Now, I would definitely not want to deal with them owing to their pathetic customer service and this PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED as it is lying as an unwanted inventory at my home. 'n' number of mails sent to [protected]@wonderchef.in - with no good response. Also, I realised this product had a sticker to be sent to another customer(Kundan Yad, Assam) - and I have my doubts they have intentionally sent me a defective product. model no : WCOTG01JK09A03

                  Wonderchef nutri blend sparks and smokes and loud noise

                  Less than 9 months - Blender makes a loud sound and smoke comes out. Today there were sparks seen. This is second time this is happening.
                  This product is dangerous and looks like it will explode. We are supporting a useless product for no reason....

                  Bought this product last October from amazon which is under warranty .While running the mixer grinder it produce some smell like coil burning . Now the mixer is dead and the blades are cheap quality . I registered multiple mails, made calls, send videos of the defective product like a telemarketer do every possible things under the sky . They are not responding. I lost my money . There service is too bad .

                        KL[protected] - Its been more than a month since i raised the complaint for warranty claim. terrible response from customer care. Even after submitting the photos and other details requested, the ticket is being closed without proper resolution. Last correspondance 2 weeks bck was that a specialist is looking at the case. No further movement.

                          I have a specifically issue with this executive for sharing only misinformation
                          As updates recieved by calling on toll free number said your replacement is successfully dispatched, I aksed him twice Are you sure? he said yes mam but the response received form mail is opposite
                          I tried calling five times to speak with tejas wayle but calling was deliberately cut by your side

                              Hello, as per the email intimation in the launch of Roti Magic I have pre-booked it on 28th May, 2022, order id - WDCN375076. It was clearly mentioned that the pre-booking amount (5000 rupees) is 100% refundable in case of cancellation after the demo to happen at home. I have waited for 5 months hoping to get a jome demo (which did not happen, only tele demo was faciliated) and finally on Nov 9th, 2023 have requested for cancellation and refund by sending an email to [protected]@wonderchef.in bearing ticket No:[protected].

                              It has been 3 months now and there was no refund still. Requesting you get this resolved asap before I reach consumer court for higher rightful attention.
