This is to your kind notice that I received the Above order Number[protected] on 3rd September 2014, Where we did not receive the Rs 500/- Gift Coupons. We logged a complaint for the same, it was followed up again also we found that the DOSA TAWA was not totally round and had a manufacturing defect which was also logged, Both the complaints have been logged for 3-4 times via ticket no[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], Today we received the coupoun through email but for tawa replacement it was denied and we were shown the rules and regulation. WHY IS THAT THE RULES AND REGULATION NOT SHOWN ON THE TV WHEN THE ADVERTISEMENT IS PLACED. THIS IS A BREACH OF INTERSET OF CONSUMER AND TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. the person who logged the ticket said that within 4 working days you would get the replacement and today they are saying that we wont get. I want to announce that the experience was so bad that i appeal to the goverment of India that they should BAN such companies who first sent a defective product and then they say that the consumer should do this & that.
