I have purchased a product (3combo jeans) where company sent me one piece diffrent companys cheap pant. Then i have raised complain for the same. When i checked all 3 pants later i came to know another pant is used & ripped then again i complaint but they denied to take my complain they asked me to use torn pant. Even they asked me to wait for 7-8 days to deliver the replacement but its already been 8 days now when i called company he said it will take another 5days. When i ordered the product they have delivered it within 5days but when im replacing they are taking more than 17 days. They are cheating with customers they thought customer will not claim for it. I did not asked for refund i only asked for replacement but seems like they are not interested to give me the replacement Was this information helpful? | |||||
