[Resolved] Homeshop18 — faulty product and then after not attending my complaint | |
I have booked combo of 1 mobile phone, 1 portable cooler & 1 solar lantern by via order no. Hs18 [protected] on 18 july, 2018 and and received this order with faulty lantern, and mobile with not picking up the sim and memory card i booked a complaint on same day and get an message to sent the items to alpha radios, shop no. 1900 near shes ganj, gurudwara delhi-110006 and sent the item to this address via consignment number ch[protected]in via india post parcel on 24 july 2018 as per tracking (Any body can checked) no. Bag dispatched to the address of alpha radios, delhi and i again call them on [protected] and again but they did not picked up and again i booked a complaint on 30 july 2018 the executives said you have to wait for at least 10-15 days from the date of complaint i. E. From 18 july, 2018. Then after the said period i again booked complaint against complaint number hs[protected] on 08 august, 2018 and again given the 72 hours wait time and again after having so much mental harassment and loss of money i again called on [protected]on 11 august, 2018 and my phone picking up time is now increasing from 5 min. To 10 min. (As they have saved the customer number and when you will call they automatically know you) of waiting time and then after an executive picked up and after listening to me said i am transferring your call to my senior and after waiting time of 13 minutes no body picked up and i am on the same situation as i was on first day. Please!!! Do not buy product from home shop 18 as still you can check my consignment no. On india post.gov.in. Please do not buy!!! Was this information helpful? | |
