Order no.[protected]... No quick solutions yet. Will have to make a police complaint it seem. Delays may cause damage...
Customer is least cared and are ignored...
Procedures are only disgusting and are used to trouble so complainant will stop thinking getting tired... So the looted money is not to be returned.
But my struggle is to get it right so poor people who borrow money to get those product of their need and not get cheated...
Poor or well to do... Why be cheated.
Hope proper action is taken against those who do wrong...

After approach to CS and facing stupid query which would not be conducted by legal authorities too, finally courier was sent with a reverse service to replace the order in sound condition hopefully... Also I now expect them to make a special provisions to open and check the package before receiving it at my door step... Or at least give assurance of some sort that package would have no problem and Complaints...
But courier tracking showed out for delivery on 2.12.17 but not recd yet...23:00hrs 2.12.17.
Very poor experience... Thinking of as a big mistake. But my struggle is to get this right for those people who are poor and cannot go thru all this procedural nightmare...

But order retrieved is not reversed from 30.11.17 till date 6.12.17.

Why no response...it is just wastage of times. Poor logistics handling.
