Homeshop18 — I received damaged/broken product from homeshop18 | |||
I have ordered an induction on 25th november 2018 through homeshop18, but the product which i received was damaged/broken. (Order no -[protected]) When we complain regarding this the customer care they told us to send the product back and ll send a replacement, But when we send the product in the address give by the customer care (Shared the screenshots before consulting with all the details) They refused to take the item in the given address. It came back and this happened twice. When we asked customer care the reason for refusal, they took it very lightly as if they don't want to return, and just told to send it again, Next time also the same thing happened they refused to take the product (We can track that the item has reached to the address and they rejected) And blamed to the indian postal service that they have not delivered the item to the address. But one thing i want to ask, it can happen once but how it does not reaches all the time? Each time i need to pay nearly 500rs to send the item and each time the item is not accepted. I am feeling as if it was a kind of trap with the common people. Once they got the money they are thinking that no one can do anything and can send whatever item they want. Now i don't have any hope for this item as i can't keep on wasting money and feeling harassed by homeshop18, also i want to say to you all that this can also happen to you as well they are just looting your hard earned money. So please don't trust this site homeshop18, and don't get trapped by some fake offers. I am attaching all the document as proof, if anyone needs any more documents please do let me know.
