Step 1 Complaint no. Hs[protected] against order no. [protected] I have ordered clovia women's polyamide swimwear set - blue-m. Seller: purple panda fashions private limited on 17th august. Step 2: i have received a bra instead of clovia women's polyamide swimwear set - blue-m on[protected] Step 3: i called customer care. They have told they will give coupon for 99 rupees for their mistake. Then they told me to return the product. Then they said they will refund 90% of money. I have registered my bank account number through ivrs. Ifsc code and bank name. Step 4: i have repacked the wrong product and sent to the given address by professional courier on 24th august 2017 Step 5: i have sent scanned copy of courier details. Step 6: i sent mail regarding this case to customer care. Step 6: i am getting reply as follows always and not getting refunded so far. Dear mr. Karthikeyan. M. R, Greetings from homeshop18!
