I have place a order for padent set in Jewellery section on 19th February, 2015.
But the jewellery is not the same which was ordered by me.
worst experience of shopping with this website.
This website does not provide the same products which was ordered by customer.
Very poor services of this website.
I want to cancel this order and want refund my amount.
How to delivered this product to you???????? and let me know how to get the money back.
Secondly an another order was place, the deliver of which is not received. I want to cancel this order also.
First Order:

Second Order
This is with reference to your order no.[protected] placed with us dated 19th February 2015 for Austrian Diamond Pendant Set By Touchstone (Seller: Artemis). We would like to inform you that your order has been dispatched and will be delivered to you in 1 day.

Kindly cancel both this order and refund my amount and take back your delivery.
