I bought a magicraft rotimaker from homeshop 18 which is not working good and which i am willing to return. Earlier the executive told me that it could be returned but now they are refusing.. This kind of attitude towards the customer makes one to loose faith in the product and in future one would not order from the site.. Kindly take action in this regard. My contact no is [protected].
