[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Material received was faulty | |||
Order was placed by my relative for onida grill vide order no:[protected], material was recieved and complaint was raised on 23 feb and from that day they are replying that we will get back to you within 48 hours and till date there is no call/message and whenever calling the customer care they all lsiten to problem and refer to their senior team where no body is free to take the call and they are reverting that within 48hrs we will contact you. Request you to help in this matter as after complaint they immediately generate ticket and reply that within 48 hrs we will contact you. I have even talked to the seller and he is deniying to do anything without homeshop18 clerance. Was this information helpful? | |||
