[Resolved] Homeshop18 — My Order Cancelled within 40 Minutes But Money Not REFUNDED from Last 9th June 2017 | |||||
Dear Forum Members; HomeShop18 Not refunded my paid amount and display on my account section that my order amount is REFUNDED from last 9th June 2017. I have my citibank credit card stmt their is no money credited from HS18 I am Still Waiting For My REFUND of Rs:5999=00 which confirmed from HS18 on 9th June 17 but still not send back to my credit card account. After Cancellation of my order within 40 minutes HS18 Just send one confirmation email and SMS that My FULL AMOUNT is REFUNDED to my bank. But its not TRUE they are not Refunded or credited my credit card account I have my Citibank Statement of last one month their is no amount credited from HS18 from 9th June to till date 5th July 2017 Plz take proper action againes HS18 and help me to get refund of my Rs:5999=00 ASAP .
