Homeshop18 — No replacement done

I have replaced order no.[protected], sub order no.77747829 due to size not appropriate, it was promised that replacment would be made in due course but over two months have gone past nothing has moved. I sent it by courier no. Z25571175, DTC COURIER dt 11 jun 2014.I have contacted many times, your order has reached within 3 days it will reach you, no specific time given.It looks they are fooling us and the whole world.
