Homeshop18 — Non refund of amount

I wanted to purchase intex tent for kids on 17-may-14, after making the payment i could not get the receipt or order details from homeshop, when i contacted the customer care they informed that the payment has failed kindly re-pay.But the payment was successful and homeshop18 has created 2 orders[protected] &[protected] for the same item i have immediately asked them to cancel one[protected] and arrange to refund the payment. But till date 13-jun-14 the refund is not done stating that the item has been couriered and are waiting for return of material.
