[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Not getting refund from Homeshop18 has been almost a month on order number[protected] ,sub order number:[protected] complaint No.[protected] | |||||
Hi, This is the worst website have ever come across, firstly they do not pickup the returned item and then secondly they have thier warehouse located somewhere located in remote area where no private courier service is ready to deliver and then finaly I speed posted through INDIA POST (with tracking ID as EE[protected]IN). It shows that it is delivered and I also received a call from HS18 saying we received your item and shall initiate the refund and then as there was no refund received I called back and checked then those people are not ready to accept that the item has been delivered and kept on saying we need to confirm at the warehouse. I called them couple of times but every time the same thing was repeated. I further talked to their senior staff PRASHANT and ANJU but in vain they kept on saying wait for a week and I said give me in written or send me a mail that within one week the refund will be initiated but they were not ready for that too highly unprofessional behavior. I am really frustrated with following up with this crap site, would suggest people please dont buy anything as the stuff is too bad and plus if you dont wanna be tortured with the follow up .
