[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — not picking up defective product

I have ordered a 121 pcs stainless steel dinner set from homeshop18 on 2/10/2018 which was delivered on 9/10/18. it has defective product items. i applied to return the defective product but now they are not taking back the product. the amount of the product is Rs.2500, which is not a small amount. order no.-[protected]

their attitude towards their customers is not good. it makes us to count this homeshop18 as a fake site. please take action against them soon so that they will not cheat other innocent customers in future by delivering them defective products. please do the needful as soon as possible.

As per our verbal communication, We request you to please pack the product in its Original packing along with a complaint letter indicating the nature of the defect. Kindly mention the order number on top of the packing and courier the product back to us from any Professional Courier Service, on the below mentioned address so that we can process the refund request.

Address- New No.11, Old no .10, Telegraph Abbey Lane, Kondithope, Chennai-600079.

After sending the courier, Please also share with us the scanned copy of the courier receipt so we can initiate refund of the courier charges. Courier Reimbursement cannot be more than 10% of the cost of the product .
