[Resolved] Homeshop18 — not providing me updates for my returned product | |||
My name is zeba naz and i am from ballia uttar pradesh. I placed an order of clothing order no. [protected]from homeshop 18 on[protected] for rs. 1725 and i received the product on[protected] through cash on delivery. The quality of product was not good and it was defected. I returned this product through dtdc courier service on[protected] paying rs. 340 to the given address of the company in surat gujarat. I received the delivery message from the dtdc that the product has been delivered on[protected]. I have given the snap of courier receipt to the given whatsapp no. Of homeshop 18 as they asked me and told me to wait for couple of days. When i called the company again after 5 days to ask about the updates of my returned order no. They told me to wait again. The company told me to wait because they have not received the product yet but my courier service is showing the product delivered. The company homeshop 18 is cheating. Please help me.
