[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Not refund a money | |||
I bought one suit from Home shop 18 16th August and the Headquarter in Noida. They sent me the defective material the cost is 1668.00 Rs. I asked them to replace it on that time they told me that they have to replace piece for that suit and i told them to refund my money, but they didn't confirm anything and when we called after 4-5 days for purchase another suit instead of that one, on that time they told me that we already make your cheque. They didn't confirm any thing that which name they need to put on cheuqe and my husband told them that kindly make the cheque by ( don't want to disclose the name) he told them the each spelling of the name, Nest day i sent them the mail that kindly make the cheque by __________ this name, but they sent me the wrong cheque on 31st August. I called them on the same day and they told me that i need to send ID proof . Next day, i sent them the copy of PAN card to them and they told me kindly wait for 3-4 days and now its 9th September 2015 and i am still waiting for my refund cheque. Kindly help me to out from this situation, i will never buy anything from their website and their channel should be closed. They always shows expensive and cheap material in their website and channel . I prefer to all customers, kindly do not purchase anything from homeshop 18, They are selling soha ali khan collection very expensive of Rs. 1599/-, bought that suit only of 1200/- from fashion and you and i purchase many suits from their website, they are selling very good quality and they do not have the channel but its very good.
