Homeshop18 — Not refunding the Refund check for Order#[protected], *URGENT* | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is in regards to a Micro max funbook order that i have placed on 13th July'14. When we received the order the product, we realized the product was defective. We returned the product along with NOC on the next day. Homeshop 18 has sent us a refund check with incorrect name on the check "CINMAYY DASH'. We returned the check on the next day to the address provided by HOMESHOP18 via speed post. And as per the tracking number the incorrect check along with check copy, ID PROOF & NOC letter was delivered on 5th August'14. Also we have sent the documents to [protected]@homeshop18 several times. However after that we have been calling Homeshop 18 customer care 3 times a day to check the status of our check and everyday a new story comes up with a new agent. No one ever knows what is the status for the check. Every time they says the new check has been despatched & on the next day they say that there is no update like that. It is very very disappointing that since one month, my check is on hold and no one gives me a clear picture what is the status. Could you please look into the status of this case. Or else i have to register a consumer case affair which is neither feasible for me nor for your company i m sure. Thank you. For details you can call me at- [protected].
