Homeshop18 — not responding to any complaint and sending incomplete product again and again | |||
Order No.[protected], placed on 2.6.2014, recd. incomplete on 3.6.2014, after several complaint taken away back on 8.6.2014 and once again deliver incomplete on today I.e. 12.6.2014 vide AWB No. [protected] from Aramax Co. In continuation to my earlier email on the above reference, today once again we recd back the packet from HS 18, which is once again in complete and having only shoes not having the toretto jacket and sunglass as mentioned in previous mail. we did not receive the incomplete packet and returned the same. Then the courier personnel made a call to HS 18 executive namely " Parvesh" and we informed him all the things, he suggested us to write a complaint letter and to paste it over the packaet and return it to the same courier personnel. Accordingly, we pasted a letter on the packet and returned the incomplete packet that was having only puma shoes. In view of above, it is not appear to be good to write like but we are feeling so much harassed that it is very shameful on the part of HS 18 that again and again you are sending incomplete product after receiving the full payment on COD basis. this is not a good shoping experience on our side. please look into the matter and return our complete packet .
