Dear Sir/Madam, I Manoj Tanksali had ordered a Spice mobile through a call to home shop 18. At the time of booking my order I had clearly asked about the process of returning the product in case I didn't like the product and it was clearly told to me that in case if I am dissatisfied with the product same can be returned back to home shop 18 after informing with in 48 hours of product delivery. After I received the product I got to know that the touch screen is not working properly, and I called up the customer care number and told them about this.. They upfront declined to accept the product back. Why are there different versions at the time of booking the product and while returning the same ??
