[Resolved] Homeshop18 — partial replacement issue and want coupon value in bank account at any cost. | |||||
I booked an order on 25 october [protected] and there was two product missing and so created short shipment for frypan and nylon turner order number namely [protected] and i get the product on 8 november and there was also issue in short shipment first is i got black colour and second is fry pan handle was missing attaching the image also now i complianed on 8 november they told they cannot do any thing even i can manage colour but what about handle missing they told me they cannot do anything and suggested to provide a refund of 150 rs in coupun but i would like to clearify whatever your policies is i dont care i want 150 rupee in bank account or paytm wallet which i paid. Its totally upto you how you provide me 150 rupee in bank account. Because now i am done i dont want any coupun i want 150 in bank account or wallet. Dont reply your company policies an all that. I will not left homeshop 18 untill they provide 150 rupee in my orignal method of payment or in back account. I will complian again and again untill i dont get proper solution.
