Homeshop18 is a liar and cheat company which markets its products giving wrong and then it harasses its customers: HOMESHOP18 does not have easy return policy HOEMSHOP18 SI CUSTOMR UNFRIENDLYA DN PRINTS WRONG OR INCOMPELETE SPECIFICATIONS JUST TO SELL PRODUCTS AND MAKE EASY PROFITS... This is regarding my order no[protected] Thursday, October 1, 2015 Amit Khurana 1 Rs. 2018 I cancelled the order one hour after placing the order, when my product was not dispatched... But the customer care refused to cancel the order (REASON: Specification does not mention anything about the screen which is extremely poor quality and then the customer himself has to check at manufacturer website); After customer care refused to cancel order, I asked her to transfer to senior in homeshop18; Someone spoke to me on 1st OCTOBER AND PROMISED AN EASY RETURN AS THE ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED... Homeshop18 cheated me by 1) DELIVERED ME A BAD QUALITY PHNE WITH BAD COLOURS AND TOUCH SCREE 2) Did NOT DELIVEERD FREE BACK PANELS AS SHOWN ON TV ADVERSTISEMENT? 3) Not keeping its commitment for easy returns 4) SR customer executive who assured all help to return this product on my phone conversation on 1st OCTOBER, TURNED BACK ON HER COMMITMENT AND THEREDORE HOMESHOP18 CHEATED AND DID FRAUD COMMITMENT BASED ON HER PROMISE I KEPT DOWN THE PHONE... BUT HOEMSHOP18 is NOT RETURNING THE PRODUCT WHICH SEEMS A BAD QUALITY PRODUCT FOR ME AND HOEMSHOP18 IS PROVING THAT ITS RETURN POLICY IS NOT AS PRINTED ON ITS WEBSITE AND AS COMMUNICATED TO ME AFTER placing THE PRODUT.. I WILL NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO SHOP FROM POOR HOEMSHOP18... I AHEV MUCH BETTER EXEPERIEBE OF SHOPPING WITH FLIPKARTA ND EBAY WHO ARE MUCH MORE ETHICAL AND HAVE GOD CUSTEOMR FRIENDLY POLICIES...
