complaint against order no.[protected] & suborder no.89441165 reristered on dated 20 October 2014 at 7.25 am & complaint no.is[protected].I ordered Das ka Dum by Mafatlalon on dated 8 October 2014 & the Wrong Product will Delivered to me by First Flight Courier on dated 18 October 2014.Yours Home Shop 18 team Packing Wrong Product & Sending me with retail Invoice copy labeling order No.[protected] & suborder no.89444465 thats why i received it.After opening packing i observed different fabric in it containing 2 Shirts & 1 Pant Fabric with toy & rupees 200 Gift Coupen.Then i will registered Complained For refund on 20 October 2014.Home shop 18 team Says Order no.[protected] & Sub Order No.89441165 is not delivered yet & requested me to Send Retail Invoice for product delivery proof.After that i will send Retail Invoice Copy dated on 3 November 2014 at 1.08 pm.But Today i call home shop 18 team employee Miss KIRAN at 8.26 am, Miss KIRAN Says Retail Invoice Copy is not received to us so Further send us Retail Invoice copy.so that i will send you Retail Invoice copy Today.Please Take quick action on that matter & refund me Rs 1359 as early as Possible otherwise i will complaint to home shop 18 CEO Mister SUNDEEP MALHOTRA.In that matter i call customer care near about 20 times from 20 October 2014 but till yet no result Found.
