[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Refund never initiated on the returned product | |||||
Hello, I bought a product from HomeShop18 bearing order number ([protected]) on 16th December 2016 and got delivered on 20th December 2016. I didn't like the product quality and returned the same to the homeshop18 team. The product was collected by the Aramex Courier company with the reference number : [protected] on and I have provided the same reference number back to HomeShop18 for their tracking purpose. They promised they will refund my amount within 5 to 7 business working days. Till date there is no response and no money refunded back to me every time I call them there is no proper response and the only response I get is we haven't received the product from the Courier company and until they get the product they will not pay me the amount. First of all HOMESHOP18 ANSWER THIS QUESTION " HOW COME CUSTOMER LIABLE TO GET THE RETURN PRODUCT DELIVERED TO YOU". Once the product is returned the refundable amount should be paid back which was never done, I have also sent the copy of the return Invoice to the Home Shop 18 Whatsapp number and till date no update from them as well. I want my money back and I have been cheated and HOMESHOP18 HAS STOLE MY MONEY. THEY ARE THE BIG TIME CHEATERS IN ONLINE CONSUMER BUSINESS. THEY HAVE HARASSED ME IN ALL THE WAYS MENTALLY AND TORTURED ME ALL THE WAYS. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK. Please help me to get this amount back to my payment Gateway.
